Hello,
we recevied an email stating we are required ot upgrade our account to continue to use our patient registration form due to a HIPAA complaiance. What is considered a covered entity?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can check this link to see if you're a HIPAA-covered entity. If you're a covered entity, you'll need to upgrade to our Gold subscription and enable HIPAA. Let me show you how:
- Go to your Account Settings.
- On the Data page, click on the Enable HIPAA Compliance button.
