Hide page conditions based on users response to a field.

My form was working fine until I tried the "Ship to/Hide a Page" condition - and when that didn't work as expected, I removed it. After that only page 2 is showing. I tried reverting the form to the version before I tried that condition and that didn't work either.

What I want the form to do, is when the question "Number of Artist/Recipient Pairs" is answered, only that number of subsequent pages (each will be a single record) show for that respondents. I will be creating 10 of the exact same pages to collect information about those pairs of people.

i.e. - if the response is 4 - there should be 4 "Artist/Recipient Pair #x" pages for them to fill out.

Can you help? My form can be found here https://form.jotform.com/241143761130040

    Hi pinkforms,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You will need to add all the pages first to set up the conditions accurately and add a separate page to contain the submit button so the last page where the user can enter the last Recipient Pair can also be hidden. Here's the result of my cloned form, with additional 3 pages: Hide page conditions based on users response to a field Screenshot 20

Here's the link to my cloned form that you can test and clone.

Give it a try and once you're done adding all the pages and you need help with conditions, feel free to reach out through this thread.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
