Hello!
I have made a compliance test for my organization and I would like to be able to send this out to them to use. When practicing with it, the test is not showing the score at the end and comes up with a "Keep up the hard work" response even though I know I am selecting all of the correct options.

Hi Chris,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand the issue, but I’ll need a bit of time to work out a solution. I’ll get back to you shortly.
We appreciate your patience while we work on a solution.

Hi Chris,
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it. I’m sorry you're having difficulties getting that feature to work. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. When I looked at your form, I saw that the form wasn't configured correctly. There are conditions set in the form, but the field it was set to was missing. Check out the screenshot below:
As you can see, the conditions show a red text indicating that the field it was set to is missing. To fix the issue, we need to add a field that will replace the missing one and set up the conditions properly. I applied the fix to the cloned version of your form. Check out the screencast below:
As you can see, it's now showing the score properly. You can clone my demo form to make things easier, or you can do it on your own. Let me show you how to do it:
First, let's add the needed widget for your form:
1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element on the left side of the page, and click on the Widgets tab.
2. Drag, and drop Form Calculation widget on your form.3. Hover your mouse over the Form Calculation widget, and right click on your mouse.
4. Click on Hide.5. Click on the Wand icon of your Form Calculation widget, and copy the settings below:
6. Click on the Gear icon of your Form Calculation widget, and click on the Advanced tab.
7. Click on the Field Details panel, and copy the Unique Name. Now, let's set up the condition on your form:
1. Click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, and in the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Conditions.
2. Click on the Pencil icon of your first condition.3. Copy the condition settings pattern below:
4. Repeat the same steps to all the condition on your form.
That's it. Let us know if you have any other questions.
