We Need to recover a form ASAP?

    Need to recover a form ASAP 

    I was cleaning out stuff and LOST my major customers form. please help !

    Kindly do note that you can only recover forms that have been sent to thrash folder. If you permanently deleted the form(not in thrash) then unfortunately this can not be recovered.
