How to send out form to customers

    Hello!

I just created a form and I sent it to another email address of mine as a true test to see how it would come through. Is there a way to be able to set up the form so that the recipients do not have to create a JotForm account to fill it out?

    Thanks!

    Hi nkccaevents,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Since the form is already set to Public, what you can do is copy the form URL and send the invitation email using your own email service. Once the recipient receives the email from you, they should be able to open the form without needing to log in.

I understand that you're sending out a form to customers via the 'Invite by Email' feature under the 'Publish > Quick Share' option. Please be informed that the feature will always require users to log in to their Jotform account. The feature is mainly for adding assignees to your form which is useful if someone needs to fill out your forms regularly, such as people who report to you. When you send the invitation email, the system will require a login for the person opening the link, to confirm that it is the same person that the link was sent to.
