Add company name on the invoice

I want my invoices to be generated by jotform for monthly subscription on my company name as NISM

Thanks for your patience. As requested, your invoice details had been updated. You can access it by clicking on this link or from your account. Let me show you where to check your invoices:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile Picture. 
2. Click on Settings to go to your Account Settings.
3. Under Account Settings, click on the Billing tab.
4. Scroll down a bit and you should be able to see the Invoices section. 
5. Click on the View link on each invoice to see their details.
