Not able to submit form. Submit button just says "Please wait..."

    Hi, I have created an online registration form and have tested it several times. When I get to the finish and hit "submit" it says "please wait" and hangs there. I never receive a submission and it never goes through.

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    I did test your form with its direct URL but did not find any issue with that. I was able to submit form successfully and the thank you message was also displayed.

    It seems that there is some code conflict between your form script and other scripts available in your webpage. I would suggest you to please embed your form using its iFrame embed code and see if that solves your problem.     Thank you very much! That worked! However now

    I am not receiving an email notification when the form is filled out. I have checked my settings and have those turned on.
