Can I Pause My Subscription Plan?

    Bom dia!. Assinei este mês um plano mensal, que serve para fazer experiências para futuramente colocar em prática.

    Essa é a razão porque pagamos alguns meses e depois estamos parados durante algum tempo.

    Neste momento preparamos outro congresso e vamos precisar de pelo menos mais dois formulários, mas que necessitamos construir, e isso leva algum tempo.

    Posto isto, gostaria de ativar este mês o plano e depois fazer uma paragem até colocar os formulários ativos. É possivel?

    Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, we don't allow for the pausing of subscriptions. Once you subscribe to a plan, it usually remains active for the duration of the subscription period.

    But ,we offer flexibility in terms of upgrading, downgrading, or canceling your subscription at any time. If you wish to take a break, you could consider downgrading to a free plan after your current subscription period ends and then upgrading again when you’re ready to use more forms for your conference.

    Please remember to cancel the subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged. Also, any forms you create during your paid subscription will remain intact even if you downgrade.
