Notification email is not received

    Whenever someone filled up the form, recipients of email will be notified. However, it only notify the recipients of email in notification 1 but not notification 2.

    Hi Charlotte,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotforrm Support. I checked the email logs and I can see that email notification were sent to the nominated email address. Can you have them check their spam box or trash folder?

    If the previous suggestions didn’t help, please contact your email service provider and ask them to accept emails coming from Jotform regardless of the IP Address being used. This is to ensure that all legitimate emails coming from Jotform will be recognized and accepted by your email service provider.
