I need assistance with logging into our account. Can you please share with me the correct email address associated with the account so that we can reset our password.

Hi Maddie,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your email address and saw that's only tied to a Guest account. Note that Guest accounts are temporary accounts with one-time login only. You won't be able to receive a reset password email to your email. You can sign up for a Starter (Free) account using the same email address you used for your Guest account.
But, if you're referring to a different account, can you give us the username associated to it, so we can check? If you don't know the username, can you give us any form URL that belongs to that account?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Hi Maddie,
Thanks for getting back to us. I've found the account with the username DuetCare. It is currently associated with the email address cri****ah@du***are.com. Resetting your Jotform account password is easy to do. Let me take you through it:
1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.
2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.
3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.
4. You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password. In the email, click on Reset Password.
5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
