Hi, i removed all submissions for my form. But the appointment time in the question is still grayed out, may i know why?

Hi Adrian,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I assume you're trying to free up appointment slot that was booked, right? If so, then you will have to remove the submissions you deleted from the trashed-entries as well. Let me walk you through it:
1. In the Jotform Table, click on the three dots icon beside the tab name.
2. Select Trashed entries from the list of options.
3. Next, select all or any particular submissions you would like to delete from the Trash Panel and click on Delete Forever.
4. Lastly, click on Delete to confirm.
Keep in mind that doing this is irreversible, so in case you still need the submissions, we highly suggest you download the submissions, so you have a backup.

Hi Adrian,
Thanks for getting back to us with the screenshot. Can you please log out of the form and log into your Jotform? I've cleared your form caches; your forms are now refreshed. Do note that you have set the appointment field to Ais/Singapore time. So, it is 23 hours and 14 minutes ahead of US New York Time.
So, you need to check the correct time in the appointment field. When I cloned and tested your MasterHand Enrichment PTC, I could not replicate an issue. Here is my screencast.
