Billing: Upgrade again

    We just upgraded our account from "Free" to "Storage" because we received a notification that we were out of payment submissions. However, today is the last day for those type submissions under our account (until the next event). Hence, we only upgraded to "Storage" level to allow for 3 more payment submissions. The notification from JotForm doesn't tell us how many payment submissions we were over. So, after upgrading, it still indicates we are out of payment submissions requiring us to upgrade once more today.

    As stated above, I just paid for the Storage plan upgrade today. Can I upgrade to the Bronze plan without paying for two plans on the same day? I ran into this same issue last month and ended up paying twice for two different plans.

    Yes its possible. I see you are paying via PayPal. So you would have to cancel the Storage plan first yourself. You would need to log into your PayPal account, locate the last payment, and press cancel subscription.
