Why isn't the phone number and zip code working properly?

    Hi can you please fix my jot form-- the phone # and the current zip code does not work or fill in properly

    I assume you're referring to the form http://www.jotform.us/form/60814811977160 since it's the only one where I can find phone and zip fields, I have tested the fields and they allow to fill in some numbers:

    In order to properly assist you, please provide us more details about the issue, if possible, please provide us some screenshots or examples about how to replicate the issue.

    I can see what you're referring to; however, it seems like you have modified the form fields lately, please make sure that the changes do not corrupt the submissions data:

    I also noticed that the fields do not have a validation which means that the users may enter any information on the fields:

    You may set up a validation to the existing fields you have, to find the validation options, please click on the field, the gear icon and go to the options tab:

    Please let us know if the issue persists after implementing these modifications.
