    Good morning,

We have had a form published and in use on our intranet since Dec 2016 without issue.

Today, we are getting the following error when using the <embed> code (<script type="text/javascript" src="https://form.jotform.com/jsform/63494978875178"></script>)

Form embed script started giving Oops, It looks like this form is missing! error Image 1 Screenshot 20

If I copy the iframe code, the form will appear, but not sure yet if it's functioning. Any idea why this is happening?

We prefer to use the embed script.

    Hi kchinn,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have tested your form script embed code on my end, and I was able to replicate the issue, but when I cleared the form cache of the account that owned the form, the issue was resolved as shown in the screenshot.

Could you check it out on your end if the issue still persists? If yes, please try using a different browser or incognito. If the issue no longer persists, I would suggest clearing your browser cache.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

That appears to have solved the issue.

    Thanks Christopher!
