Hi!
I am retiring and want to transfer the use of this form to the person who is taking over my position. I just can't seem to figure out how to do that. Can you help me?

Hi Lareita,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We can transfer your form ID (220595421024043) to the other Jotform account. Could you provide us with the username or email address to which you want to transfer the form? Check out this guide on How to Transfer Your Forms and Data to Another Account.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Hi Lareita,
Thanks for getting back to us. I am unable to find any Jotform accounts with the email address you provided. Can you double-check that the email is correctly typed? Make sure the person who is taking your position has a Jotform account. If the user does not have a Jotform account. You can let her take over your account by helping her in changing the email address associated with your account to hers. Let me show you how:
- Click your Avatar/Profile picture on the right side of the screen.
- In the dropdown, click on Settings.
- Now, go to the Account tab.
- Click Edit in the Email section and enter the New Email and click Save.
You will get an email message to verify the email address change request on your account's email address.
Give it a try and let us know if need any more help.

Hi Lareita,
Thanks for getting back to us. The form was transferred to the account associated with the email address chandra.mills@calvarywestlake.org. Please note that if you generated custom URLs with your forms, the old URLs will no longer work.
Let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.
