Our small nonprofit gives out scholarships for higher education. We’re looking at upgrading our application to be an online fillable form that can export all of the data into an Excel file. Our current domain is with SquareSpace.

We really don’t have expertise in this area so if you could please let us know if jotform would be a good fit for us to accomplish this, we would really appreciate it. We need something user-friendly and simple.

It is really easy for you to create forms in Jotform without writing a single line of coding. It has a drag-and-drop interface to let you add questions. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page click on Create Form.
2. Select Start From Scratch and then select Classic Form.
3. Click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
4. Add form elements to build your form.

Now, let us see how to download submission data in an Excel file.

You can download your data from Jotform Tables in CSV, Excel, or PDF format. Let me show you how:

• On your My Tables page, next to the form with the submissions you want to see, click on View Table.

• Hover your mouse over the Download All button on the right side of the page. 
• Now, choose CSV, Excel, or PDF format and download your data.
