    good afternoon, i am Daniel Brewer with triple D specialized Logistics . we just up grade to the gold package .

    we have been very happy with the service, but have noticed some glitching at times is this to be expected?

    also is the fee from our previous contract prorated when we update? we just paid for a full year on 03-16-24

    and just updated to gold today?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. Can you explain the glitches that you are experiencing? Also, if you could provide us with a screenshot of the error that you are getting, it would greatly help us come up with a solution. This guide will show you how to do that.
