How to download submission files and apply it in a raffle draw app?

Is there a way for us to draw names (e.g. for a raffle) from our participant base once we have gathered contacts from our survey?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Once you gather all the participant contacts from your survey form, you want to download form submissions as Excel files, you can do so in Jotform Tables. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, click the dropdown icon on the upper left side.
2. Choose Tables, and click on Download All in the upper-right corner.

Then, an email containing the zip file of all the attachments will be sent to your account's email address.Check out the result in the screenshot below:

However, as for the drawing of who's going to be the winner from the generated contact submission files, you may use a different application for that.
