How to prefill a proposal form.

I'm going to explain what I need and see if there's a form or forms that do it.

I have a Food truck and a catering company. I want two different forms, one for the food truck and one for the catering. I'd like my clients to be able to fill out the appropriate form with their selections and when I receive it, I'd like to be able to take that data and put it into a proposal, with pricing, to be sent back to them. I need each form to log as a separate file, so I can keep all the inquires separate.

I thought I could do it with Google Sheets, but it only populates the same spreadsheet and only goes in rows, which doesn't help me populate a proposal. Probably not the right program.

I'm sure it's a simple fix that I'm missing, but I don't know what I don't know lol

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can achieve that. The data you collect in each form are separated since each form has its own submission tables. Once you receive all the data from that submission table. You can then input the information into another form by adding a prefill option before sending it back. Let me show you how.

1. In Form Builder, click Publish.
2. Choose the Prefill tab on the right side.
3. Click Manual Prefill on the options list and click Add New Prefill.

After saving those settings, you still need to create the actual prefill where a prefill link will be generated. This will be the link that you need to share with the user. When you click on it, it'll have the prefilled data.
