Hi,
I have recently taken out a package and really like the system. I have successfully linked Mailchimp to my forms and I have attempted to link to Salesforce. Although it looks to me like I have linked it correctly, when testing no new accounts show in SF.
Please could your help?
Thanks, Ed

Could you please edit your integration settings and set the "Record Type" empty then save it as seen below:
It should solve the problem.
Please let us know if the issue still persists.

I have tried that and tested but still not working. Should the link be
instant or does it take time to feed through? I am using SF with person
accounts, I presume it works the same?
Thanks
Ed

Hello, we cloned your form and integrated it again to our salesforce testing account. We also had a problem, account names were appearing as "empty empty" but the city field was available. From the integration settings, since "Duplicate Check" drop-down is equal to "Always Update Existing Entry", new fields were not added. The previous entry was overwritten each time except city field.
After some workaround and removing and adding fields again, we were able to get successful entries in salesforce account.
Could you please clone this form: https://form.jotform.com/8086535062396
Then could you please integrate again using the following options and let us know if it works?
Here is a guide on how to clone forms: https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

Our SalesForce integration is still not possible for Personal packages. That's the reason why the integration is not working for you.
Our Salesforce integration is based on Web Services API, and that API is available for their Enterprise and Unlimited packages only. You will have to upgrade your Salesforce account to any of the mentioned packages or use a different platform. We have to Zoho CRM.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
Could you please follow this steps and let us know if the issue is fixed or not?
and
1) Remove the Salesforce integration.
2) Reset the security token on Salesforce end as seen below:
Salesforce-> Account->My Settings ->Reset Security Token
3) Reintegrate Salesforce to the form.
I hope it helps.

We apologize for the ongoing issue.
May I know what license type you have for your Salesforce account https://developer.salesforce.com/forums/?id=906F00000008tFDIAY? I would also like you to try to register a test account here https://www.salesforce.com/form/signup/freetrial_training.jsp and select under "Training Course Name" as "Administration Essentials for New Admins".
Let me know if the newly created test account allows you to integrate and insert new entry when form is submitted.
Looking forward for your response.
