So I played around with this some today and it looks like it will work if I upgrade our subscription. What I need to know now is if with the bronze account can I have 4 approvers? And does the logic function allow the form to be force emailed to certain email addresses? Such as if I make a question that lets an employee pick which shift they work on, can that simple answer determine which email address the form gets sent to next?

    Hi Greg,

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. There's no limitation to the number of approvers on any of our paid plans.

Yes, you can set the approver dynamically based on the user's answer to a question. Let me walk you through the steps you can apply to your form:

    • You need to add a hidden Email element to your form. We will use it on the condition on the next step.

    • Use an Update/Calculate Field conditional logic to insert the corresponding email address to the approver email field based on the user's answer to the shift question. In my demo, here are the two conditions I used:

    • In the Approval Flow settings, set the approver's email address as the approver's email field:

    • Since the approver email field is hidden, you also need to make sure that your form is not set to clear the value of hidden fields for this to work.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
