Hello,
My form reached it's quota so I upgraded my account. But now my form is gone. It is no longer showing in My Forms or via the public URL: https://form.jotform.com/240455835143152.
I still see all of the submissions in my table, but I am not able to accept new ones.
Help!

Udpate: I found my form in the archives (?!?!). I unarchived it, but the "view form" link is still showing a "this form is currently unavailable" error screen.
