Cancel and refund subscription request.

    hi- sorry, I didn't realize I was posting when I sent that. Anyhow,  Yes, I've downgraded, but I'd like a full refund for this account. My colleague set up a different account and we have already paid and designed forms. This is a duplicate. Thanks.

    I have checked your account and it seems you have used PayPal method as a mode of payment. To clarify, have you followed these steps found in this guide when you canceled your subscription?How-Can-I-Cancel-My-PayPal-Subscription

    1. Login to your Paypal Account
    2. Find the reference to the latest payment you have made to JotForm
    3. Once found, click the subscription number for that transaction
    4. Now click on the "Cancel Subscription" button and that is it.


    If not, please follow the steps to avoid getting your subscription auto renewed.

    Yes, it appears the subscription is canceled in paypal. I need a refund for this payment.
