We are in the middle of baseball registration and are having problems with the form on our website not being available. It shows up briefly and then disappears. There seems to be a connection problem. When I logged into jotform to view registration forms there, the system got very slow and then unresponsive. Is there a maintenance issue with your site?

The form may be having a blink effect due to conflicts on the form's code with the code on your page, I would recommend you to try using a different embed method, this guide will provide you our available embed methods: https://www.jotform.com/help/67-Which-Form-Embed-Code-Should-I-Use
Also, we are not under maintenance currently, I have just checked your form and it does not have a lot of fields or conditions so it's not consuming a lot of resources, the form in fact loads fast on my end, here is a screenshot about the take it took to fully load here:
I would recommend you to try clearing your browsers cache and see how it goes, you may also try using a different browser, computer or network connection to see if that helps.
