    Dear Jotform team,

kindly need your support for this flow:

    1. how to create a flow that approval 2 (the one with red lights) happened only after the approval 1 approved?

    Flow Image 1 Screenshot 20 Screenshot 10

    1. can we provide link to approver, so that they can access the page of approval (when they can not find request to approve on their inbox)?

    thank you and regards

    Hi regulatoryid,

Thanks for reaching out to JotForm Support. I'm sorry you're having trouble with Approvals. I understand that issue, but I'll need a bit of time to look into this. I will be back shortly.

    Hi regulatoryid,

Thanks for patiently waiting. I see you've connected the second approval to the Approved Email. Keep in mind that in order to have multistep approvals, the next Approval Element should be connected directly to the outcome. Check out my screenshot below to see what I mean:

It should look like this afterward:

You can also check out this guide to learn more about multi-step Approvals. As for your other question, I moved it to a new thread to avoid confusion, you can check that out here.
