    Hi Anthony,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form and see that the Fee for Appraisal Services field has a default value of $400, thus it should not be changed. If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

sure, if i send out a order form for $400 and the client takes a long time to complete it and in the meantime i send out another order at a different fee of $500(that i changed in the form) and than the first client opens her jotform that is suppose to be $400 it has changed to $500?

    Hi Anthony,

Yes, this is the normal behavior. If you changed the default value in your Fee for Appraisal Services field, for example, from $400 to $500, everybody who accesses the form will now see $500. If you are trying to send the form with a different default value, you need to create a new form. You can simply clone the form to your account. Let me walk you through it:

    1. On your My Forms Page, select the form.

    2. Then click the More button:

    3. Under Form, select Clone:

Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
