    Hi Edward,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you trying to transfer your forms, including the submissions, from your personal account to your business account? If yes, then we can do that, but the request must be done in your personal account. Please create a support thread on your personal account and send us the forms that you want to be transferred. Also, note that if the form is transferred, the form and its data are no longer accessible from your account.

But If you only want to clone your forms to another account, you can do that through these steps:

    1. Go to the My Forms page and click the Create Form button.I have a personal account and a business account need forms moved Image 1 Screenshot 50
    2. In the Create a Form window, click on Import Form.I have a personal account and a business account need forms moved Image 2 Screenshot 61
    3. In the Import Form window, click on From a Webpage.I have a personal account and a business account need forms moved Image 3 Screenshot 72
    4. Paste the form link that you're trying to duplicate/clone in the Enter URL field. Here's a guide on where to find the form URL.
    5. Once the form link is pasted, click the Create Form button.I have a personal account and a business account need forms moved Image 4 Screenshot 83

That's it! You will then have a duplicate copy of the form with no submission.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
