How to switch my subscription payment from the App store to credit/debit card?

Hi, my payment method is through the app store currently for the bronze package, do I need to cancel on my phone and renew on my computer, or is there a way to just transfer the bill and add a new card to be charged to. Let me know thanks

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, you cannot transfer the billing to your new card since you upgraded your account using the iOS In-app purchases (also known as IAP). You will need to cancel your existing subscription using your iOS device to automatically downgrade to the Starter (Free) plan on the date of its expiration. This guide will show you how to cancel a subscription from Apple. Then, re-upgrade your account using your computer and pay the subscription using your debit card. Here's how to do it:

1. Click the Pricing tab in the navigation menu.
   
2. On the Pricing page, you can see the features for each plan. Choose and click the plan you want.
   
3. Set your preferred Payment Schedule and select the Credit/Debit Card option in the Payment Method.
4. Check the I agree to the Terms of Service checkbox.
5. Click the Continue button.
   
6. Click the Continue button to open the Credit Card Information window. Enter your card details and click the Complete button to make the payment.

wont let me, do I have to wait until may 2nd when it will downgrade my account and then be able to upgrade via computer? Why can't I change from IOS to just adding my card?

Thanks for getting back to us. Yes, you will need to wait until May 2nd to downgrade your account to the Starter (Free) plan and upgrade your subscription again using your credit/debit card.

Unfortunately, the payment method used for the subscription is set up through the initial purchase platform, in your case, iOS. You may try to contact Apple Support to see if it's possible to charge the subscription via IOS IAP using your card.
