File Upload: Uploading photo fails constantly.

Photo uploads are constantly failing. Any suggestions?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned and reviewed your form but it appears that you replaced the File Upload element with the Take Photo widget. I tried adding a File Upload element and uploaded a photo but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

Most of the time uploading files will fail due to an internet connection. If the internet connection was interrupted while uploading a file, there's a possibility that you will get an error. Based on your screenshot, you are connected to cellular data and the signal is not good. Please try to connect to a different network like a WiFi connection to see if the file will upload.

Additionally, I cleared your form caches to resolve any cache-related issues on your form.
