How to setup custom domain?

i want to add my domain name to form , but it says i have to speak to a representative about enterprise i need to be connected asap. my email is sjhightower2509@gmail.com and my number 405-245-5802please have someone call me or email me asap

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Custom Domain is only available for Enterprise users. You can reach out to Enterprise Sales Team via a form on this page. If Enterprise plan is not an option, you might want to check out custom URL which is available for Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold users. Here's how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.

2. Click on the Pencil icon on the right side of the form URL under Share with Link.

3. Customize the form URL and click on Apply.
