Upload space did not free up after deleting submissions

    Hi, I've run out of storage space again, which nbd, delete forms. Last time this happened the person I live chatted showed me to go through tables to get to the trash to permanently delete the submissions and free up storage space. I've done this again, however, it isn't registering and my storage has not freed up. Please let me know if I'm missing something or if there is a lag in the system.

    Hi Rie,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I saw that your upload space has been cleared up already. Upload can you try to relog in if it hasn't updated yet on your end?

    I also cleared your form cache. Clearing form cache is one of the ways to troubleshoot or refresh your forms. It won’t cause you to lose any data, and it’s safe and easy to perform. Although caches aren't cleared automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:

    • On your My Forms page, hover your mouse on your Profile Avatar icon.
    • In the window that opens, click on Settings.

    • In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Clear Cache. That's it, you're done.
