Missing logo on PDF document

I've noticed some forms I download don't include my logo - for example, Arti-Mirwani-Daltry has my logo at the top right as per my layout, whereas Darrie-Gardner's form doesn't display on the same job and same settings (please see attached)

This seems to happen on all my projects, but here's a live one:

Not sure why some download OK, and others miss this?

    thanks

    Danny

    Hi Danny,

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry this is happening. Rest assured, I am here to help. When I tested the mentioned submission that does not have the logo when the PDF is downloaded, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

How often does this happen? Does this happen every time you download the PDF, the logo disappears?

I have cleared your form caches to refresh your form. I suggest doing the following to see if this will make a difference:

    • Try other devices, like a laptop or desktop computer.
    • Use the Incognito Mode of Chrome or other browsers (i.e., Firefox, Edge) available on your end.
    • Try other browsers available on your end.
    • Clear your browser's cache and cookies. Once you are done, close your current browser session and log in to your account on a fresh browser session.

If the issue still persists, you can create a new PDF Document, then add Page Breaks in it. You will to delete the old PDF document. Let me show you how:

    1. In PDF Editor, click on the +New PDF tab at the top blue bar.
    2. Select New PDF document:

Now you can delete the old PDF template by clicking on the three dots icon beside the PDF document name, then choose the Delete button:

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Thanks for getting back to me - I have been seeing this problem for a while across all my forms - unfortunately it seems to be a bit random, sometimes it downloads OK, other times without the logo

I often have to re-download the pdf 2 or 3 times until it downloads correctly

I always edit the forms with PDF editor in the way you describe

Maybe now you have cleared the cache, they will behave better - I will let you know if this issue persists
