Form Disabled Twice On Its Own

    Hi - 

    One of my forms (https://form.jotform.com/73455960864165) has "disabled itself" twice in the past week. No one with access to it has disabled it. Can you tell me why this would happen? It does not have a 'disable on' date set. Thanks!

    I have checked your form logs and I can't seem to find any modification for the past week.


    Checked your Form Status and you have not set a date for your form to be disabled.

    We are unsure how this happened but, this might be just a random bug.I have cleared your form cache.

    However, if the issue still remains,please let us know so that we can check it further.

    Hi Richie –
    I don’t have a “disable on” date checked, so I don’t know why it’s happening. I guess we can chalk it up to a bug, like you said. Thanks for the reply.

    Can you kindly provide us the exact error text, if the issue happens again? 

    It would be also appreciated if you could provide a screenshot then.

    I have checked the form once again and can't find anything, that could be the reason of form being disabled.

    I’ve since enabled it so I can’t really produce an accurate screenshot. Richie already answered me and told me he thought it was a bug.

    It might be a bug, but we can never be sure until we can replicate it.

    Cleared your form cache and hopefully the issue has been fixed. However, if the issue still remains, let us know so that we can check it out further.
