Why are we getting Submission error?

Hello, 

we are receiving a "sorry only one entry is allowed" when trying to fill out form. 

Please help so get this rectified.

The reason you were getting the error is because you had enabled unique submissions on your form(80787047472162) hence reason you are getting the error message.

Checking on your form now seems you have disabled this feature. I have tested your form and I was able to submit your form more than twice.

If you are experiencing the same problem i would recommend you clear your browser cache.
