It can display there name and the score.

Please note that I have removed the correct and wrong paragraph fields from the form to demonstrate the quiz tool for you. It allows us to show the correct and wrong answers as well in the result as you can see in the screencast above.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you want to customize the result page you can do this from the Quiz Tool. Just select Use Custom Result Page in the Quiz Tool.

You can customize the page from the custom editor.

I found the  Quiz tool page can not be design or edited.

Hope we can have our own design on the result page.
