How to prefill second form automatically and send to another user?

Create a work order from online submission, still send the customer a thank page, but in the back office prefill the work order.

This is the autoresponder. But it does not prefill the form and it goes to the customer vs sending them a thank you page and in the back office filling out the prefill work order.

Basically,

I want customers to fill out a form. After they submit it, they'll see a thank you page. At the same time, a second form will be filled out automatically with some information from the first form. This second form will be available on the dashboard for the delivery driver to use. The driver will use it to get a signature and a photo from the customer.

If this is not possible, is there are work around?

Thanks for your patience. Unfortunately, we don't have the exact solution. As a workaround for that, you can either create an Approval flow or a Form Prefill option. Let me show you how:

Approval Flow:

1. Open your Customer form. In Form Builder, click on Dropdown icon beside the Jotform logo.
2. Select Approvals and click on + Create an Approval Flow.
3. Remove the current approval flow, and add both of your forms to the element.
4. Then click on Gear icon, select Driver form, and enter email in Assignee Email Address.

5. Go to Prefill tab and toggle on Prefill Form Fields.

6. Now, Select the form to get data from. Click on Save. This will capture the data from the Customer form and prefill the Driver form.

You can click on Dropdown icon and go to your Inbox to see all the requests and use it as your Dashboard.

Form Prefill option:

1. Go to Driver form. In Form Builder, go to Publish in the orange navigation bar at the top.
2. Click on Prefill in the menu on the left.
3. Select the form to get data from, and match the fields you want to fill in Driver form. Click on Save settings.

4. Then click on + Add a new Prefill.

5. Now, select your submission and click on + Create. You can send this prefill link to your driver manually.
