Suspended Account: Collecting credit card details

    Please un-suspend my account; I am trying to work with my clients and am unable to do so since my forms are not available

    Hi Morgan,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked and see that your account is currently suspended for collecting credit card details. Please note that collecting credit card details using regular text fields is not allowed per our Terms. If you need to collect payments from your users, please use one of our payment processors. You may also capture the card details and charge the user at a later date by enabling payment authorization. You can check our guide How to Enable Payment Authorization.

    We can only reinstate your account if you agree to our Terms and allow us to delete the offending fields on your Credit Card Authorization form.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Hi Morgan,

    I went ahead and deleted the offending fields and reinstated your account. Please clear your browser cache and cookies, then try logging in again.

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
