Account suspension

    Hi I need my account re activated as I have forms in there that I need to run my business.

    Hi Abbey,

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account was indeed suspended because your Hair Extension Form is asking for credit details in plain text fields which is against our Terms of Use.

    I deleted the offending fields, reactivated your account and added your IP to the whitelist. Please clear your browser cache and log in again. Also, to prevent this from happening again, integrate your form with one of the listed payment processors that are available on our platform and one of the options that can be used alternatively is the Payment Authorization.
