My form and its submissions have been deleted

Hello,

My form was deleted over Night I don't know how this happen. All My contracts are gone and last night I had full access and this morning is Gone. I need your Help ASAP this is very important.

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. We are sorry to hear your form and submissions are gone. Rest assured, I'm here to help. Upon checking, I can see a form named Venues on the Terrace Contract with 72 submissions sitting in the Trash section of your My Forms page.

Your account history says it was deleted by you on Sun, 28 Apr 24 at 19:11. It may be possible that you deleted it by accident. Is this the form you are looking for? If so, you have the option to restore it. I'll show you how it's done:

• Go to your My Forms page.
• On the left side of the page, open the Trash section.
• Hover on the deleted form, and click its Restore button.

Please note that the deleted forms will sit in your Trash folder for 30 days. That gives you time to restore the form if in case you need to.
