JotPayments App: No Payment history to display

    Hi there. I am trying to see total money collected via JotPayments App. I click on Open Integration, select the form, but it says there's "No payment history to display." Can you help? Thank you for your time!

    Hi Jenny,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. Can you try clearing your browser's cache then log out then log back in to your account? Then try checking JotPayments App again. As a precaution, I have also cleared your form's cache to refresh your forms, which fixes temporary issues.

    As a workaround, I suggest downloading all submissions as Excel with just the Product List Column, split the amount into another column using the Text to Columns feature, and then do a calculation of the Amount column, to get the total payments collected through your form.

    That's it. Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
