I am developing a form that has a drop list of people and I would like the notification email to go to the person chosen.

I added a condition for the first person but on trying to add a second the message

To use multiple recipients, please upgrade your account.

I thought I was only setting up one recipient although a different one depending on what was chosen. Am I doing something wrong or if not what number of recipients does each type of account allow.

    Thanks

Unfortunately, the warning message is correct, multiple recipients is only available to any of paid accounts. There's also a limit of 10 recipients per Notification and 2 for Autoresponders. You need to create a new notification if you wish to send it to more than 10 emails.

    Hi

Sorry I am still puzzled by the multiple recipients angle.

I only want to send one email to one person for one submission.

I just want the person who gets the email to change depending on the person chosen in the form.

It would be like a message for the sales department going to a salesman but a message for the accountants department going to an accountant.

Why is this deemed a multiple recipient?

    Thanks

Unfortunately, that is deemed as multiple recipients because that way the users would be able to set conditions that would allow them to send emails to multiple recipients.

For example, the conditions could look something like this.
    - IF Name is FILLED, SEND NOTIFICATION TO EMAIL1
    - IF Gender is FILLED, SEND NOTIFICATION TO EMAIL2

If both of the conditions are true, two email notifications would be sent, so this is considered multiple recipients.

This option of setting multiple conditions seems to be available for Autoresponder emails though.
