How to use the form once build is complete

Hi, 

I would like to share this form with approx 100 people to request travel and accomodation. 

What is the best way to do this and how will they be able to access the form from a mobile device.

I would like to build another form similar to this one. How do i duplicate the form and edit as necessary.

Users can fill out the form directly from the URL.  Create the form and then send the users the URL:
