Can clients paying via EFT's be directly transferred to their personal banking accounts from the form

Wanting to know;

If when a customer is wanting to pay for our product via EFT (electronic funds transfer), does Jotform have a feature to direct them to a new browser so they can open their personal banking and then make the payment to then take a screen shot and attach a receipt to the form.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it's not possible to direct a customer to a new browser to process EFT. Bank transfer can only be processed manually at the present. You can consider providing steps to the user to transfer first, then upload their screenshot to the form's Upload File widget.
