Hi jimmy,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form, and it appears that there is a conflict between conditions. Both conditions have the same options, equal to all of the above. Check out my screenshot below:
Can you try to change it in your form? Check out my screencast below for the results:
Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

Hello, Waqas
Yes. certainly. You can modify it.
Here is my form: https://form.jotform.com/241191079896468
By default, these two fields are hidden.
The user selects the answer to display.
Thanks!

Hi,
I think I found the issues.
If I need to show message for each option.
I have to set condition for each option. Is it correct?
If I have 10 questions. each question have four answer.
There will have over 40 conditions. Am I correct?
If yes. Is there any simple way to display it?
Thanks!

Hi jimmy,
Thanks for getting back to us. I tested your live form and it appears that you've already made changes to it, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
If you want to display paragraph field on every question, then you need to condition for very field. As a workaround, you can add multiple conditions in one condition. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Click on Conditions on the left of the page.
- Now, click on Add a New Condition and then click on Show/Hide Field.
- Click on Add icon "+" to add a condition.
Check out my screencast below for the results:
You can check out my clone form here, and you can clone it as well. Let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.
