Translate the Matrix Dynamique widget to native blocks and add a checkbox.

Other note i forgot to mention if its possible to translate it to native blocks can i also add a check box to added vehicles so that i can select only certain ones.

• Checkbox

• Static

The widget is also similar to the Matrix Dynamique widget, which allows you to collect multiple types of information at once. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
