Can I create such form using Jotform?

Hello. We are a language training center and we need to create a registration form for our clients, where they will also agree to consents and will sign the form. Please let me know if this is possible with your app and where I can see how it works. Thank you and waiting for your reply.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can create such a form using Jotform that will help you collect signatures and other data. Here's the link to my sample form that you can test to see how it works. I used a Short Scrollable Terms widget for the agreement and enabled the Jotform Sign Automation feature to the signature field.
