Monthly Usage is incorrect

    Hi,

    Your system is saying that we have reached our monthly upload limit. I went through what was submitted and by my count we should not be anywhere close to 100mb.

    Can this be looked into? Also your Live Chat is not working.

    Hi designagencylabor,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Deleted entries are temporarily stored in the Trash Folder for 30 days and still consume the Upload Space limit. You must purge the deleted submissions and forms from the Trashed Entries folder to free up your upload space limit. Here’s how you can do it:

    1. In the Jotform Table, click the three dots next to the table tab.

    3. Click the Select All check box and click Delete Forever.

    I did this. After a while the Usage showed a correct amount.
