Upgrading my account

    Hi, Please can you tell me if I upgrade my account, will it keep my forms intact? I just want to make sure? Also, am I on a month to month basis or am I on a contract?

    I checked your account and though it is not currently over limit it is indeed getting close to a couple different limits.  If you would like to upgrade from Bronze to Silver, since you are paying via PayPal, we would first need to cancel the Bronze subscription or you can cancel it from your PayPal account:

    Thanks for the response. If I cancel, wont my forms be wiped away? I would like to keep all as it is, just want to upgrade for more space? I have done a lot of work on my current forms and cannot afford to start all over again.

    Your forms won't be deleted if you cancel your subscription.
