forms taking too long to submit - can you please clear the cache for my forms?

Hi Kate,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry this has happened. Is this happening to all of your forms? If so, I cloned one of your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
As requested, I've cleared your form caches. If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on. In the meantime, you can also clear your form caches. Here's how:
- On your My Forms page, hover your mouse on your Profile Avatar icon.
- In the window that opens, click on Settings.
- In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Clear Cache. That's it, you're done.
