Hello,
I am trying to have downloadable files on my form, just like a product list, but instead of ordering the item, the users should be able to download the file. Does JotForm have this functionality?

Hi Anshul,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You'll want to upload your files to any of the following:
- Cloud storage (e.g. Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).
- Your website’s FTP.
- If the files are just images, use image hosting platforms (e.g. Imgur, Photobucket).
After you do that, you'll want to copy the link location of the files where you can access them. Then you'll be able to insert the link into a paragraph field on your form to allow them to download it on the form directly. Let me show you how it's done:
- Click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
- Under the Basic tab, scroll down to Paragraph, and drag and drop a Paragraph element to your form.
- Click the Pencil Icon, and click the Insert or Edit Link button.
- In URL field, paste the URL of the file. And on the Text to Display field, type the text you want to appear in the field.
This is what it looks like after adding the link:

Give this a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
